Επίσκεψη στο Αρχείο των Κυθήρων, Κάστρο Χώρας.

19 Μαϊου Σάββατο - 5:30 μμ

Περίπατο με τον κύριο Ματθαίο Αγγελιουδάκη στο νότιο μέρος του νησιού μας.

Σπήλαιο Αγίας Σοφίας Καλάμου - Καψάλι.   

26-27 Μαϊου Σάββατο & Κυριακή - 11:00 πμ

«ΧΥΤΡΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΚΡΑΤΕΥΤΕΣ, ΚΥΛΙΚΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΙΝΑΚΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΜΟΥΣΕΙΟ ΣΤΟ ΜΑΓΕΙΡΕΙΟ»

με την Εύη Πίνη, αρχαιολόγο. Περιλαμβάνει  επίσκεψη στο Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο Κυθήρων, και την επομένη μαγειρική και δοκιμή αρχαίων γεύσεων –  με κρασάκι φυσικά!

      Ξενάγηση στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της Παλαιόχωρας από τον αρχαιολόγο

κύριο Θεόδωρο Κουκούλη. 

17 Ιουνίου Κυριακή - 4:00 μμ  Αναχώρηση από Αγία Πελαγία

Θαλάσσια εκδρομή στην απέναντι ακτή στον επιβλητικό Κάβο Μαλέα.

Αγία Ειρήνη & Άγιος Γεώργιος.     Καιρού επιτρέποντος!

28 Ιουνίου Πέμπτη - 7:00 μμ

Εκδήλωση με την κυρία Ελένη Χάρου στην Χώρα και μετά μια βόλτα στα σοκάκια γύρω από το Κάστρο με την πανσέληνο.

ΙΟΥΛΙΟΥ 2018

15 Ιουλίου Κυριακή - 6:00 μμ

«Μέλι και μελισσοκομία στα Κύθηρα από την αρχαιότητα μέχρι σήμερα»

με τον μελισσοκόμο Γιάννη Πρωτοψάλτη στα Μητάτα.

27 Ιουλίου Παρασκευή απόγευμα

Επίσκεψη στο Φάρο του Μουδαρίου και στον Βυζαντινό ναό του Αγίου Νικολάου.  Ξενάγηση από τους  αρχαιολόγους Καθ. Τimothy Gregory και Δρ. Λίτα Τζωρτζοπούλου-Gregory στην γύρω περιοχή που είναι χαρακτηριστική για τα Πρωτοελλαδικά και Μινωικά της ευρήματα.

A walking tour in the south of the island with Mr Mattheo Angelioudaki.

26 & 27 May – Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 am

«Cooking pots and andirons, kylikes and plates, from the museum to the kitchen»

This includes Saturday morning at the Archaeological Museum of Kythera and Sunday morning

a cooking session based on ancient recipes - with a glass of wine of course !

JUNE 2018

14 June – Thursday at 7:00 pm

            A visit to the archaeological site of Palaeochora with archaeologist Mr. Theodore Koukoulis.

17 June – Sunday at 3:00 pm 

Boat excursion from Agia Pelagia across the straits to spectacular Cape Malea.  

Do not miss this visit to Agia Irene &  Agios Georgios!   Weather permitting of course!

28 June – Thursday at 7:00 pm

An evening with historian, Mrs. Eleni Harou at Hora.  Take advantage of the full moon on this night

and enjoy a stroll around the island’s capital.

JULY 2018

15 July – Sunday at 6:00 pm

“Honey and beekeeping on Kythera from ancient times until  today”.

This presentation will be conducted by Yiannis Protopsaltis an expert on the subject at Mitata.

27 July – Friday afternoon

A visit to the Lighthouse of Moudari, the Byzantine Church of Agios Nikolaos.

Archaeologists Prof. Timothy Gregory and Dr. Lita Tzortzopoulou-Gregory will guide us around the

area of their most recent survey work  showing evidence of Proto-Helladic and Minoan findings.

AUGUST 2018

Tour of Agia Sofia Cave at Milopotamos with Archaeologist Konstantine Trimmis.
